I have a Samsung 650tsn multi touch screen display, and I wanted to reinstall the OS with Samsung Interactive whiteboard software. How can I get the software for the same?

The Samsung Interactive Whiteboard is not available for public downloading. You will have to request a demo/trial through their official website in order to test it because it's not free.
There is also a high chance that it will not work on Windows XP anymore since the maintenance and development of Windows XP ceased a while ago.
I'm using Samsung Interactive Whiteboard program on my computer. While experimenting, I changed the file path for the Clip Art and Background. I now need to restore the Clip Art and Background that were included in the program but can't figure out how to restore the original file path. How can I restore the file paths to default settings?

Unfortunately, there isn't any information regarding the file path restoring process and the easiest way to do it, is to remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. Before reinstalling the software, I recommend you run CCleaner or Glary Utilities to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. Also, you can use the Contact Us page to get in touch with the support team.
